Guests must secure their personal belongings and valuables in the safety lockers provided in the rooms. Management is not liable for any theft of personal items.
Lost and found items are kept for 14 days to contact the guest. If unable to reach the guest due to incorrect information or full mailbox, unclaimed items are disposed of as per management's discretion.
Toiletries available upon request.
Staff can assist in purchasing additional items for guests.

No smoking inside the villa. Please smoke outdoors near the pool, use ashtrays, and take precautions to prevent fires.
No loud music after 10 pm.
Breakfast available from 8 am to 10:30 am, service ends at 11 am. Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.
Check-in at 2:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out requests subject to availability with extra charges.

Cancellations up to 15 days before check-in: 80% refund in original payment mode or 100% as a future credit note for redemption.
Cancellations 8-14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations within 7 days before check-in: Booking amount non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy excludes peak/blackout dates. Refunds for 100% payments only; partial payments non-refundable.
